Payments:
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit ($70) to reserve the hour for your first appointment. We request 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
We prefer that payment for individual adjustments be made by cash, check or Venmo at the time of service. For credit card payments, you will need to make arrangements with our office to charge your card on the day of your visit. Receipts can be emailed to you if you need them for your records, or if your veterinary insurance requires them for your reimbursement.
Travel Charges for visits to your home:
Within a 4-mile radius (15 minute drive) of our location: NO CHARGE
At any of our Partner Locations*: NO CHARGE
Tier 1 (4-9 miles): $10/visit
Tier 2: (9+ miles): $25/visit
Travel charges may be waived (at Dr. Shelley’s discretion) if multiple dogs are being seen in one location or neighborhood.
